Our company has extensive experience providing security and building services using every tool available in the industry, from cutting-edge camera surveillance systems to streamlined work order distribution software. Our officers are equally adept at writing reports as they are conducting physical patrols.

In addition, our personnel are trained above and beyond the requirements mandated by the State of Washington. Our supervisors work closely with our security officers on a continuing basis to ensure the same high level of service is consistently delivered, day in and day out.

We work with our clients to design a unique security program for each property by utilizing several different services.

On-site Security
  • On-site security serving commercial real estate is our primary specialty. Our executive management staff has a combined experience of over 60 years as licensed security guards and leverages that experience to address security issues particular to the commercial real estate sector.
  • References from our clients, both property managers and building engineering staff, are available upon request.
Quality of Employees
  • VIP Access Management has standards of training that greatly exceeds the requirements of the state of Washington, and employee performance is reviewed on a daily basis. Our expectations are high of our employees. In return, they receive equitable treatment, supportive leadership, industry-leading compensation, and a generous benefit package. Most of our managerial staff have 5+ years of experience, not just in the security industry, but in VIP itself. Each new hire undergoes a thorough assessment to ensure they are a fit for the particular property.
  • A common concern in property security is what happens when a regular employee is unable to work their shift. VIP maintains a skilled pool of Field Supervisors, trained to the same standards as a site manager, that are available to cover each site should a regular employee be unable to work.
  • With VIP, there is no concern that your property will be unstaffed, or staffed with personnel unfamiliar with the site.

  • Technical expectations of building security have advanced rapidly in the past decade. VIP security teams have demonstrable expertise in modern building technologies like Lenel, Milestone, Avigilon, MRI Angus, Building Engines, among others.
  • Using tools such as Silvertrac for activity tracking and reporting, MS Teams for inter-staff communication, and MS Sharepoint for cloud-based staff training and resources, VIP maintains an effective IT infrastructure to provide solutions to clients and to support our employees.
